parts relay system
how many FCF users would be interseted in joinnig together to form a parts collection and delivery relay network across the UK,
maybe each member go to about 20ish miles,
as im after getting an O/S rear door in white collected from DURHAM to go to east sussex but my courrier freind is away for 10 days,

I'm up for it, so I'll be your nearest link. If we get John (jgra1) in the scheme, he is the next link going north.
Ideally we need to know where everybody is on the map so we can plot a matrix.
The only two stumbling blocks I can see must be Jim in NP, afraid to come further south (we're not really cannibals in Sussex,
) and poor old Andrew stuck out in Wales.
Jim, I think the M25 in all its guises beats the A21 into a cocked hat for car parking.

my son sudgested we set up a map of the UK so each FCF/CCC member can add there own pin/flag marker/s, to indicate were they are and were they travle on a regular bases, if thats possible, also the max sized load they can/will carry, pluss the distance they might be prepaired to run

Will be glad to put my name down as i have a 26t wagon at my disposal
but may need to take a few days to work out my planned journeys could possibly accommodate whole cars
have been known to travel to rep of ireland and scotland so not just a local taxi
anyway Jim the A21 is not that bad when compared to the A43 at rush hour

High guys, although this post is somewhat off topic, I would just like to mention that some of you will remember my fairly recent need of a driver's electric window mechamism, as well as a HDi fuel tank for a Xantia estate - these items cost around £600 from Main Stealers.
Well, I found the items via breakers.com (PCR Recylers), and they delivered them to S France for the sum of £194GBP - both items in good condition. I am well pleased.
